About the developer
Dubai South is the Dubai Government’s master developer of the 145 sq km city around Al Maktoum International Airport. It launched in 2006 as Dubai World Central and was renamed Dubai South in 2015.
Through Dubai South Properties it builds residential neighbourhoods in the Residential District, including South Square, Hayat and South Living. It is known for mid-priced apartments and family townhouses near the airport, most of them sold with payment plans that continue after handover.
