What it really costs to buy a property in Dubai, beyond the apartment price. DLD fee (DLD), trustee and brokerage.

The calculation is based on the DLD registration fee (DLD, 4% of the deal price) plus a fixed admin fee. On resale, trustee fees and brokerage (2% + 5% VAT) are added. Off-plan (Off-plan), the developer usually pays the brokerage. Unlike Israel, Dubai has no purchase tax, the DLD fee (DLD) is the closest equivalent. Rental yield (ROI) calculator

Gross and net annual yield after rent, management fees and running costs, before you close a deal.

Gross yield = annual rent ÷ property price. Net yield subtracts service charges, management fees, and a pro-rata share of vacant weeks. It excludes financing, depreciation or tax reporting in Israel. A general estimate only, not investment advice.
